The BUDGET UNIT shall:

         - Prepare, consolidate and review annual budget of the campus;

         - Take action on request for funding on various requisitions of different units;

         - Coordinate with concerned offices in connection with budget operations and guidelines;

         - Monitor disbursement of approved campus budget;

         - Prepare financial plan for Fund 164 or Fund 101 of campus income for BOR approval; and

         - Prepare Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for Fund 164 and Fund 101 for BOR approval.
