STEPS FOR INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

| A. Plan of investigation and data collection
| The security investigator must question the person of interest and gather relevant data to analyze the situation.
| B. Corrective actions and data analysis
| If
the person of interest is a student, it must be officially reported to
the Office of Student affairs, Cases involving outsider should be
handled in coordination with the local PNP and Barangay concerned.

| Make a report of the incident that occurred and submit it to the office concerned.

2. Procedure on Access Control in the University
This procedure aims to regulate access to the University premises. It intend to prescribe a set clear cut procedure in handling entry of University personnel, students and visitors to ensure safe and secure working environment.

3. Procedure on Traffic Management
This procedure aims to aims to established and adopt specific traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe, smooth flow of traffic and prevent vehicular accident inside the university campus.

STEPS FOR ACCESS CONTROL
| AGENCY ACTIONS
| A. Incoming vehicles
| Security guard on duty properly checks the vehicle using under chassis mirror and viewing of any prohibited items before entry. The personnel must see to it that accredited motorcycle comply the prescribe sticker, body color and plate number.
| B. Maximum speed limit of 20kph, no blowing of horn and loud radio of vehicle inside the campus.
| The roving guard must monitor and see to it that motorist are required to observe and abide to the university traffic rules and regulations and must be responsible for themselves at all time while inside the university.
| C. Vehicle parked in the designated area
| The security guard on duty must ensure that vehicles are parked in the designated parking area only. The University however, shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle or its accessories. Car owner or driver shall be held liable for any damage caused by persons or properties within the universities.
| D. Apprehension
| The security shall apprehend any violators and shall be given proper disciplinary action and report.
