- The Trece Martires City Campus Library is located at the Ground Floor of the Cavite State University – Trece Martires City Campus. The Campus Library is one of the branches of the Ladislao N. Diwa Memorial Library of the Cavite State University Main Campus.

Ladislao N. Diwa Memorial Library shall provide excellent, equitable and relevant library services and resources in support with the University’s mission.
To support the University in its main thrust of field of expertise by providing adequate, updated and relevant collection of research and reference materials to its clientele composed of students, faculty and other researchers in the community.
The University Library aims to:
a. Establish a collection that will be at par with other modern libraries not only in the region but also at national and international levels;
b. Encourage maximum utilization of its collection by making it readily available and accessible to users; and
c. Coordinate with all colleges and campuses in the selection and acquisition of materials needed to supplement research and instruction.
a. Reader’s Services
- The Trece Martires City Campus Library offers physical accommodation of students through e-mail request. The request must be made 3-days prior the date of visit, as the new law mandates physical distancing.
- The students must present their student identification cards and a valid Barangay Health Certificate or Vaccination Card.

Referral Service
- The Trece Martires City Campus Library offers referral service to students and faculty members conducting researches. This service is available to help the clienteles support researches through other libraries and their resources.
